Thoughtful Play is a private-pay program and does not accept Child Care Assistance (CCAP) at this time. I understand this may limit options for some families and truly appreciate your understanding as I work to provide high-quality care in a small, structured setting.

At Thoughtful Play, rates reflect the quality, experience, and intentional care behind every interaction. I offer a unique blend of developmental insight, nurturing care, and a strong foundation in health and safety.
The environment is designed for calm and connection, meals are prepared with nutritious foods, and the group size is intentionally kept small so each child can thrive. Every detail—from the daily routine to the way the space is arranged—is thoughtfully planned to support children’s growth, confidence, and well-being.
Attendance Policy
Tuition reserves your child’s spot for the full Monday/Wednesday/Friday schedule, regardless of attendance. Families are responsible for the full weekly rate even if a day is missed due to illness, travel, or other personal reasons.
Tour Process
I’d love to have you visit Thoughtful Play! Tours typically last about an hour and give you the chance to see our space, meet me in person, and ask any questions you may have.
Please note: a tour does not automatically reserve a spot, as I may be meeting with multiple families for the same opening. If you are interested after your visit, please let me know so I can review availability and determine if I can offer the spot to your family.
If I do extend an offer, you will have 48 hours to confirm enrollment before the spot is offered to another family. Enrollment is confirmed only once I receive your completed enrollment forms and deposit.
My goal is for your tour and our website to provide all the information you need to make an informed decision about care. Out of respect for everyone’s time and to maintain consistency for the children, multiple pre-enrollment visits are not offered.
Following the tour, you can either decide to enroll right away or take time to discuss your decision with your family. Once you notify me of your decision to enroll, I will send you the enrollment forms and policy handbook to review, sign, and return.
